- 1.合同管理设有组长、管理人员;
- 2.使用工商局印制的统一合同;
- 3.建立合同档案,并完善归档管理;
- 4统一合同编号,业务员取合同外出需要有编号归档,谁出问题谁负责;
- 5.签订合同需要按党的政策、法令和经济合同法的有关规定执行;
- 6.本厂合同不转借和私自外厂使用,如造成损失后果有自己负责;
- 7.合同签订需要按照合同规定全面履行自己的义务,做好服务工作,使用户满意。

- 7.设定热线电话, 24小时值班服务,及时回答咨询。
